Intro...

First off, welcome to PRPerformance. At the turn of the decade, I (Paul Parker) decided that it is time for me to step out of professional sport and a full-time role, and into self-employment.

I will reserve my reasons for another blog post, but ultimately, I have enabled myself to broaden my audience, and provide a high quality service to more people, to support the success of athletes from a variety of different sports, and hopefully impact the lives of those that make the choice to invest in my services.

As a minimum, I’ll be posting one blog post per month, hopefully giving athletes some insight into my philosophy and viewpoints around certain topics. Whether that be my opinion on how to best structure a training programme around a 9-5 job, how to maximise your sleep hygiene to optimise adaptation to training, or how to squeeze the extra 1% out of your conditioning programme. Comments are allowed below and so if there is anything that you want answered then feel free to post below.

This post is merely an opening statement, and hopefully if you have read this far, you have already shown an interest, and are perhaps contemplating, is PRPerformance really an avenue exploring for YOU? Why not head to the contact page and fill in your details and start the conversation.

Find out how to take your training and preparations to the next level, and make the choice to invest in a service committed to supporting your goals. Why wouldn’t you?
