Strength and conditioning support

Strength & Conditioning (S&C) support is available to athletes and members of the public with specific fitness goals via PRPerformance. Paul is an accredited S&C Coach with the UKSCA, and also holds a Masters Degree in Strength and Conditioning from Northumbria University, with multiple years of coaching experience from the Elite Professional level, to amateur and participation level, across a broad spectrum of sports. Paul offers face-to-face and remote packages to help you take your game to the next level. No two packages are the same, and PRPerformance promises to create a programme and a schedule that best works for you, to help you achieve your goals, and strive towards your athletic potential.

Face-to-face coaching offers a professional and engaged service, that centers around the clients needs. High quality coaching to implement evidence informed training methods in an environment that encourages athlete education and autonomy is a guarantee. You can be sure that you are not only investing in a coach that tells you what to do, but why we are doing it, and how it is going to help better your physical performance.

Remote/online coaching service is available through TrueCoach, enabling you to train in the comfort of your own gym, from anywhere in the world, whilst still gaining access to elite level performance programming. The service allows for regular coaching feedback and discussion, as well as in-app monitoring of progression and adherence. Spaces on the online programme are limited to ensure service quality, but for more information about the online programme, simply enquire via the contact page.
