PRPerformance is built on 3 Pillars of Performance Support. Strength & Conditioning, Rehabilitation & Return to Play, and Performance Nutrition.

Financial packages are variable depending on the individual needs of the client. A full cost breakdown can be provided following consultation and support proposal.

Strength & Conditioning Support

Individual support, coaching, and programming revolving around pre-determined performance goals and targets.

Sessions are coached on a 1-2-1 basis at a frequency suitable to the client. Weekly and monthly loading reports can be provided as well as regular re-testing and monitoring.

Coaching aims to strive towards the outcome, but ultimately enables the client to own and engage in the process, increasing confidence, and competence in their supplementary training. (Cost varies dependent on frequency of service)

Remote and Online service is popular with PRPerformance supporting people from 6 different countries, and in 11 different sports! We also work with members of the general public with health & fitness goals that are serious about taking their performance to new heights.

Runnning for Results
PRPerformance has a specific branch of the support service designated to runners. Running for results is a bespoke online running coach service that guarantees progress, and combines all programming inclusive of individualised running training, and bespoke home & gym training to supplement it.

Assessment/Screening

Variety of physical testing and screening options are available. Including, but not exclusive to, strength & power testing, energy systems testing, tissue capacity testing, functional movement screening, and gait analysis.

Body Composition Assessment

Assessment of body composition via skinfold analysis and key site girths. Can be re-tested regularly and particularly useful for weight class dependent athletes, and athletes with particular body composition targets in mind.

Performance Nutrition Support

Nutrition support aimed at maximising physical performance. Weight class based athletes can access the service year round, or a condensed support service throughout a camp if relevant. Package includes initial body composition assessment and individualised support from there on. Including “weight cut” strategies, nutrient timing guidance throughout camp, and calorie, macro-nutrient, and supplement advice.

Injury Rehabilitation & Return to Play

PRPerformance has significant experience in guiding and leading return to play processes for professional athletes following injury. Services can vary for the individual and will be proposed based on the injury, the accompanying support, and the logistical considerations.

Education & Support

PRPerformance has delivered lectures and seminars within the collegiate system up to Masters (Post-Graduate) level on topics including but not exclusive to, Speed Development, Olympic Weightlifting for Sport Performance, Planning & Programme Design, Resistance Training, Plyometric Training, and Contemporary Issue within S&C.

Educational workshops have also previously been delivered to athletes and parents on topics including Performance Nutrition, Sleep Hygiene, Nutrition for Immunity, and Menstrual Phase Considerations for Female Athletes and are available on request.
