where can I find more of your work?

Further videos, links to blog posts and updates can be found on social media channels. The Instagram page can be accessed via the “Instagram” icon on our home page, or alternatively, just search for @_prperformance on twitter and Instagram, or PRPerformance on Facebook. You can also head to the testimonial page to hear what previous athletes and colleagues have to say.

how does payment work?

Payment is taken and processed digitally. Once a support package is agreed upon, you will receive an invoice to be paid within ten days of issue. Direct debits can be set-up for repeat payments depending on service and receipts are always provided for any payment made.

Where are you based and when do you work?

PRPerformance currently coaches out of Romford in Essex/East London. Track/Grass based sessions are also available and are dependent on the needs of the client and the relevant/appropriate logistics.

Training slots are available throughout the week at a variety of different times. Some “peak” time slots may already be taken by other athletes but you can include any logistic requirements in your initial enquiry or at consultation. PRPerformance is flexible, and dedicated to providing a service that fits for you.

do you offer personal training for non-athletes?

Personal Training specifically for body composition goals is available upon request but the primary service is aimed at athlete populations. For motivated individuals with body composition goals or those concerned with general health and wellbeing, face-to-face coaching service is limited.

can I opt out of service?

Any client is free to opt out of the service at any time, refund eligibility is dependent on the service package provided.

What if I book a block of coaching and can’t attend?

If, for example, it is agreed upon that you will access 3 face to face coaching sessions per week and are unable to attend. Then that session can be added in at a later date with no additional charge, providing adequate notice of cancellation is provided.

do you specialise in one sport?

Paul has provided performance services to a multitude of sports, you can read more about some of the sports serviced on the “About Us” page. Although the majority of experience has come through working in Football, Paul has accrued a level of knowledge and scientific horsepower that allows him to apply relevant methodology to any given sport. The needs of you as an individual within your sport will be carried out robustly prior to service delivery.

do you work with small groups?

If you would rather train in a small group, perhaps with a team mate or training partner, then please include the requirements of both/all athletes in your consultation enquiry.

This can certainly be accommodated, and will be factored in to the calculation of cost as it will of course lead to a decrease in contact hours if the time is split between multiple athletes.
